Spring is a time for light, detoxifying foods like leafy greens and fresh herbs, while summer calls for cooling, hydrating dishes such as fruits, cucumbers, and mint. During the monsoon, comfort foods like root vegetables, spices, and fried snacks help balance the humidity and aid digestion. Autumn brings rich, grounding produce like squash and apples, with hearty, warming dishes perfect for strengthening the body. Winter requires rich, fortifying foods like root vegetables, nuts, and stews to keep the body warm and energized. Finally, the spring transition focuses on light, cleansing foods such as greens and citrus to prepare the body for the renewal of the coming season.
